This traditional Umbrian stone farmhouse is perfect for anyone craving peace and quiet in the countryside. Inside, it’s wonderfully rustic with original stone archways and an authentic fireplace in the kitchen-diner. Step outside and you’ve got a private garden and terrace for alfresco meals, plus a shared barbecue and pizza oven with the house next door. You’ll also have access to a shared swimming pool for slow mornings in the sun. When you’re ready for a change of pace, the town of Umbertide is just ten minutes away, with historic Perugia reachable in around forty.

This home is one of two houses that share the swimming pool, barbecue, and pizza oven. If you're travelling in a larger group, you can speak to your host about renting both houses together.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
The shared swimming pool is only available for use between June and mid-September.
