Nestled into the hillside, this peach-hued villa boasts sweeping views across the rolling Umbrian countryside. Divided into two apartments – each with its own kitchen and living area – it has a cosy, traditional feel, with exposed beams, wrought-iron beds and tiled floors. Outside, you'll have access to a private garden area with a hammock and dining space, while the pool, pizza oven and barbecue are shared with one neighbouring villa. As for the location, the medieval town of Umbertide is just a ten-minute drive away, with Roman ruins, local tavernas and a weekly market to explore.

There's no air conditioning in this home, though there are fans and lots of windows for letting in the breeze.
The villa is divided into two apartments with two bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The first floor is accessed via an external staircase.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
You'll have access to the pool, pizza oven and barbecue here. They're shared with the residents of a neighbouring villa. The pool is only available for use from June until mid September.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free on-site parking.
