This penthouse apartment places you in well-heeled Kensington. You’ll be able to stroll to Holland Park and Kensington Gardens for green spaces. And for a spot of culture, the Natural History Museum and the Royal Albert Hall are both within a thirty-minute walk. The home is on the sixth floor, without a lift, so it won’t suit everyone. But those who don’t mind the stairs will be rewarded with two comfortable living areas, a sociable dining space, and a private terrace. Affluent and incredibly central, Kensington is a great base for exploring London on foot. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are on your doorstep and so are the Victoria and Albert, Science, and Natural History Museums. The streets are attractive and well maintained (grand, white stucco facades aplenty) and your neighbours will be a wealthy, conservative set. Lots of positives but probably not the place to let your hair down.
