Both are great places to start your day with a cup of coffee, with a view of the surrounding rooftops and cobblestoned street below. It’s certainly not the biggest apartment, and one guest will need to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, what it lacks in space it makes up for with its location – it’s only a ten-minute walk to the city’s most famous landmark, the Colosseum.

• If you'll be arriving after 8pm, you'll be charged a late arrival fee of €25. If you arrive after 11pm, the fee will be €50, and after 1am it will be €75. If you miss your agreed-upon check-in time or fail to notify your host about a later check-in, you'll be charged a fee of €30.
