Less than a ten-minute walk from Parsons Green, this Victorian home is located on a quiet, leafy street. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and you can stroll to Imperial Wharf along the Thames. The house is perfect for a family. We love the bright kitchen and dining room, with a glass wall facing the garden and terrace – in warm weather, it’s a great spot for a barbecue. There are desks in the bedrooms for those working during their stay, and you’ll even have a piano and a home cinema to keep you entertained.

About Fulham
Fulham’s village feels and riverside location earns it a top spot in our books. Nestled slightly west of upmarket Chelsea, the elegant area is defined by its lowkey wine bars and eateries with views of the Thames. Primarily residential, this borough boasts a relaxed ambience that’s a rare treat in a central spot. Spend afternoons hopping from art gallery to luxury boutique, pausing for sips of sauvignon blanc in between....

Grab some top Italian grub at Il Pagliaccio
Classic Italian atmosphere with a bustling dining area, the aroma of a wood fire oven and the chatter of warm & welcoming waiting staff. The menu is southern Italian inspired so the pizzas are a must.

Head to Joe’s Brasserie for a drink and a bite
A favourite among locals for a sundown cocktail on the terrace and some quality bar food. The fish soup is a popular choice, while halloumi & courgette burgers are a top-notch veggie option.

Go for a pint at The Sands End Pub
A simple and welcoming local pub with traditional pub grub and a lively atmosphere on Chelsea Football Club match days. Great local beers, homemade scotch eggs, and sausage rolls.

Hit the beach at Neverland
It’s fair to say London has everything. Except a beach. Neverland fixes this with an urban beach complete with street food, swings and deckchairs. Perfect for a sunny afternoon.

Chill out in South Park
With sports fields, picnic areas & a children’s playground, South Park is a great place for the whole family. In summer you can also enjoy watching a game of cricket, a local favourite.

Have a picnic on Eel Brook Common
This lush green area that's super close to the home features a playground and basketball court.

Get your Thai fix at Thaiphoon
This street-market inspired Thai restaurant and deli offers uncomplicated dishes for Thai-food lovers - and they're on Deliveroo too if you're feeling lazy.

Relax in Parsons Green Park
A small green oasis in the city, perfect for picnics, dog walks, or kicking a ball. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, grab a coffee from nearby shops, and admire the beautiful architecture.
