Formerly a marble workshop, this studio apartment has the feel of a chic pied-à-terre. Inside, the mood is minimal and serene. There's no air conditioning, but French doors open from both the living space and the bedroom onto a private, leafy terrace, keeping the space bright and breezy. Location-wise, it's hard to beat – just 200 metres from the Metro, 500 metres from the Picasso museum and the Enfants Rouges food market, and moments from the restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries of Le Marais.
