Inside, there's more than enough space to sprawl out – grown-ups can gather for a few drinks in the living room while kids hang out in the second sitting area off the kitchen. Golfers will love having a course a stone's throw away, but the real highlight, of course, is the beach. It's just a ten-minute bike ride away.

This home is all on one level inside, but there's a set of stairs leading from the deck down to the pool.
The beach isn't within walking distance, and finding parking at the public beach lots can be tricky. We think the best way to get around the area is on bikes.
A Beach Renourishment Project on Hilton Head Island is ongoing until May 2026. During this time, sections of local beaches will be temporarily closed, with work completed in phases.
