Situated a short walk from Edinburgh Castle, St Giles’ Cathedral and the Scottish National Gallery, this apartment is in a superb spot for sightseeing. It’s also near the boutiques of George Street – handy for souvenir shopping. While the studio-style layout could feel a tad cosy, this comfortable home has everything you need for a city break or work trip. The kitchen is a little short on space and probably best for breakfast or light bites, but in a city known for its food scene, dining out is always a treat.
