Overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, you’d hardly guess this Parisian studio sits between the happening districts of Le Marais and Porte-Saint-Martin. Explore the surrounding cobbled streets lined with buzzy bars and independent designer boutiques. Or take a longer stroll towards the Seine or the Pompidou Centre – it’s all easily reached from here. Despite its compact size, this smart studio has everything you need for a short city stay. The bistro table doubles up as a handy remote working space, and the kitchenette has everything you need to rustle up breakfast and obligatory aperitifs.

Home truths
The apartment is located on the third floor without lift access, so be prepared to climb some stairs. Compared to the studio’s interiors, some areas of the communal hallways feel tired in places.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob and microwave. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the breakfast bar doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
