This villa has everything you need for an authentic Tuscan experience: a sun-soaked pool terrace, characterful interiors (the vaulted ceilings are classic Tuscany), and panoramic country views. If you'd rather sip a glass of local wine in peace, you'll easily find a spot to yourself on the lawn – and the ground-floor bedrooms have patio doors to the garden, so you can start your sunbathing as early as you like. Spend your evenings making homemade pizzas in the brick oven, and gather on one of the two alfresco dining tables for late nights over drinks. Meanwhile, the location has something for everyone – drive to historic Volterra for culture, or Marina di Bibbona for a beach day.

The swimming pool is available for guests to use between 6th May and 30th September, and can be heated for an additional fee. Air conditioning and heating are also available for an additional fee based upon consumption, but please note that the swimming pool can only be heated when the house isn't, and vice versa.
Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you for an additional €50 per pet per stay.
