  • You'll have to climb some stairs (without railings) to reach every bedroom in this home, so it's not a great choice for those with limited mobility, or young children

  • We'd recommend having access to a car to explore the area fully

  • There is a two-car garage and one designated space on the street, plus plenty of additional on-street parking

  • There is some light leakage around the automated blinds in the bedrooms – nothing that can't be fixed with an eye mask though
