Tick, tick, tick: this couple’s apartment is stylish, a good size and close to the action. It combines crisp Scandinavian design features with ample homeliness. White furnishings keep things bright, and wicker crates and fluffy blankets make the huge bedroom snug. There’s also a nice balcony where you can sip coffee and plan the day. Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and the River Thames are all within a five-minute walk, while your friendly host excels at local gastro suggestions.

About Westminster
Wesminster is home to two of London's most famous landmarks: The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, both of which sit proudly on the river's edge. It is the centre of the country's political life, and so, perhaps unsurprisingly, it isn't London's hippest area - you'll be sharing the pavements with a mix of politicians and selfie-stick-wielding tourists. What it lacks in local colour or character, it makes up for in location - it's a great base for exploring nearby St James' s Park, Buckingham Palace, Mayfair, Trafalgar Square and beyond.

Host
This home is managed by Tor
This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Edward is one of the best hosts you could ask for. With a background in social volunteer work, he has a caring and considerate nature that will accommodate those wanting a warm welcome or just to be left alone. With his entrepreneurial spirit he has built a number of homes and businesses. And though he would never admit it, he has a very good eye for detail and interior design.
