One of the double bedrooms adjoins the bedroom with a bunk bed, making it a good option for families. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are unfenced and there's also a koi pond in the garden. Take extra care around the pool and pond if you're travelling with children.
Given the home's oceanfront location, you can hear the sea from inside the villa, particularly on windy nights. During periods of strong surf, spray from the waves may reach the swimming pool and other outdoor areas.
