Perched on a hillside in the Marche region, this stone farmhouse has been carefully restored to balance original character with modern comfort. A saltwater infinity pool with a whirlpool area and a gentle beach section for children sits at the heart of the outdoor space, while a centuries-old oak tree throws shade over the grounds when the afternoon heat peaks. The covered terrace off the kitchen is made for long alfresco lunches. Urbino and the seaside town of Fano are both within a forty-minute drive when you're ready to explore.

Access to the villa is along a gravel road, so bear that in mind if you're arriving after dark or with a low-clearance vehicle.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. Be sure to request them ahead of your arrival.
The twin beds in two of the lower-floor bedrooms can be joined together to make doubles – let your host know before you arrive if you'd prefer that configuration.
The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to mid-October.
