This home has graced the covers of interior design magazines and is full of classic Italian farmhouse charm. Set on nearly 80 acres used to breed polo ponies, it’s a peaceful getaway surrounded by olive groves, with views over the Sabina countryside. Outside, there’s a private pool fed by the Nepi mineral spring and plenty of spots to relax and dine. Alongside the main house are four guest houses, each with a bedroom, living room, and bathroom – plus one has its own kitchen. You’ll need a car, but Magliano Sabina is fifteen minutes away, and Rome is just over an hour if you fancy a day trip.
