Many of the city’s must-sees – including the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza della Signoria – are within a half-hour walk, and Santa Maria Novella Central Station is just a stone’s throw away. The home itself boasts a private garden – the perfect spot for a morning espresso – and a Jacuzzi bathtub, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a busy day seeing the sights. While the kitchenette here is rather small for the guest count, with an choice of eateries in the neighbourhood, that needn’t be a dealbreaker.

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
The Jacuzzi bathtub is in one of the bedrooms so privacy is limited.
Access to the garden is through one of the bedrooms.
Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 7am.
This home is near a railway, so expect to hear some noise from passing trains.
