Nestled inside the gated Cinnamon Shore South community on the Texas Gulf Coast, this house hits a sweet spot between laid-back beach holiday and proper resort living. The light-filled living room and kitchen make it a natural gathering place for a group, while the main suite's private balcony overlooking the water gives the trip a quieter, more personal note. Outside, there's a resort-style infinity pool with cabanas and hammocks, a seven-acre stocked lake, and a boardwalk leading to the pier – and the beach itself is less than 2,300 feet away via dune crossovers.

You're in a resort community rather than within walking distance of shops or restaurants outside Cinnamon Shore, so a car is useful for exploring Port Aransas and stocking up on supplies.
Parking is limited to three vehicles, with no street parking permitted and no space for RVs, trailers, or boats on the property. If you're bringing a boat, the City Marina has dedicated parking nearby.
You'll arrive to a two-day starter supply of toiletries and kitchen basics, but you'll need to stock up locally after that.
