Less than 500 feet from the beach, this home has coastal charm in spades. The location is pretty hard to beat. It's part of a resort community, and you'll find multiple shared pools, lakes, a fitness centre, on-site restaurants, and other activities within easy reach. But with Gulf views from the private balcony, there's plenty to enjoy back home, too. When you're not enjoying a coffee or a cocktail in the fresh air, we reckon you'll be relaxing in the living area. It's light and bright, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out. A second lounge with a sofa bed makes a cosy den for little ones. We think it'll suit families down to the ground.

Home truths
At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the second lounge. There's also a pull-out trundle bed in the room with bunk beds, but space will be tight with it in use.
You'll have access to the resort gym, swimming pools, athletic courts, playgrounds, pier and fishing pavilions, on-site restaurants, and more here. They're shared with other guests. You'll also have access to a neighbouring resort, a 1.5-mile drive away.
The smart TV has a live TV feature, but no cable.
Please note that there is construction taking place near this home, from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Expect to hear some noise during your stay.
