At this North Devon home, boredom doesn’t stand a chance. Tiered gardens tumble down through quiet lawns, where a heated pool, croquet lawn, and tennis court sit tucked amongst the greenery. Long lunches looking out across the rolling hills are easy here, and when evenings roll around, the snooker room keeps things going. Both Dartmoor and Exmoor are within striking distance – a little over an hour by car – making this a solid base for moorland walking between lazy afternoons at home.
