The characterful interiors of this Marais apartment set it apart from the rest. Original wooden beams and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the historic charm, while the rest of the home has been reimagined into a slick, modern space. It’s worth noting, at full occupancy, the last two guests will sleep on a sofa bed, and the third bedroom is compact and has limited daylight. But for such a unique, central home, we can look past that. Step outside and you’re minutes from Place des Vosges and the Picasso Museum. Or take your time wandering the Marais streets nearby, where buzzy cafés and designer boutiques line the way.

The third bedroom is compact and has limited head height in areas. Two of the bedrooms don't have much natural daylight – great for a good night’s sleep, but it won’t suit everyone.
