The Lake Como views are so dreamy here that just about every room has one. You'll find this villa in Argegno, a quieter village than the bigger names, but with just as much character – and plenty of restaurants. We think it's a well-positioned base for families or friends looking to enjoy la dolce vita in a home with classic Italian character, and enough space inside and out to properly switch off – whether that's in the Jacuzzi with a glass of wine, or in the living room with a book and a lake breeze drifting through the windows.
