Petite yet perfectly formed, this apartment in the 9th arrondissement is a practical pick for a city break. The location puts you within walking distance of Montmartre’s charming cafes and the smart stores of the Grands Boulevards. And the nearby Metro station makes it easy to venture further afield. There are some compromises in such a compact home, like how it’s slightly snug with the sofa bed set up. But once you step into the leafy courtyard and set off for a stroll around this beguiling city, you’ll soon overlook the lack of space.

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
While this apartment is on the ground floor, there's a short set of steps from the living area up to the bedroom. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. The nearest Metro station (Poissonnière) is a five-minute walk away.
