Close to the coast and sandy beaches, this home in Exmouth is an ideal starting point for a Devon escape. You'll find the town's shops, restaurants, and train station a twenty-minute walk away, so you're never too far from some fun. And there's a lot to love about the home besides the location. The standout is the main suite, where two copper baths are perfectly positioned to soak up the views. A small library, snug, and separate office give everyone space to spread out, while the boot room is perfect for pups with muddy paws. Add in the large garden, prime for sundowners, and it should tick all the boxes and then some.

The entire downstairs has underfloor heating. The main suite on the top floor also has underfloor heating in the bathroom, as well as air conditioning in the bedroom.
While you can walk to the beach and town centre, we suggest having a car for adventures further afield. Parking is available for four cars.
The office is separate from the main house and sits above the garage.
