Located in Watercolour, it’s just a short golf cart ride or cycle ride away to the communal facilities – including the swimming pools and the beach club. Back at home, there’s a private heated pool for relaxing swims and an outdoor kitchen with a grill. The rooms are immaculate as well as family friendly with a third floor games room and a bunk room for kids. Other highlights include the tower room with a bar and incredible views, as well as the main bedroom with a spa inspired bathroom.

Your stay includes fourteen wristbands to access the community swimming pools, beach club and trolley service.
A six-seater golf cart is included along with five beach cruiser bicycles.
The bunk bed in the sixth bedroom is formed of two single beds over a king-size bed.
Your host provides a complimentary starter pack of basic kitchen and bathroom essentials, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Parking is available for up to three cars. The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a car overnight in the common area parking pads.
