Set on a hill within a private country estate is this 200-year-old Italian home. Once a farmhouse, the property has been transformed into a beautiful holiday getaway complete with all the modern conveniences you might need. An additional guest house sits within the large private garden. We especially love the panoramic views over the surrounding farmland and peaks, not to mention the swimming pool and numerous outdoor lounging areas. There are two spacious living rooms and a dining room within the main villa but we recommend dinner and drinks on the terrace where you can watch the sun set over the Umbrian countryside.

The property is part of a group of villas and suites located on a private estate.
There is a free transfer service to get around the estate and between the villas and estate restaurant, Il Caldaro.
Four bedrooms are located in the main villa, including one with two bunk beds that are perfect for kids. A further two bedrooms are located in the guest house along with a fully-fitted kitchen, a living room and bathroom.
The host can provide a baby cot, highchair and baby bath on request.
The swimming pool can be heated on request.
The property is on the top of a hill in a rural location, accessed by an occasionally steep gravel road. A four-wheel drive car is recommended.
Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms.
