The villa is set in a residential area, so you'll likely need to walk or drive a short distance to reach the main strip – though Nissi Avenue and the beach are both within easy reach on foot.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair – request them before you arrive to make sure they're ready for you.
