Steps from Portobello Road in the heart of Notting Hill, this first-floor apartment is well placed for one of London's most characterful neighbourhoods – the market, independent cafes, and boutiques are all close at hand. Back inside, the lounge and kitchen share a relaxed, light-filled space with room to cook properly or settle in after a day out. There's also a balcony where you can savour a glass of wine. Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park stations are nearby, with Notting Hill Gate a short walk away.

Exterior building works are planned from 9th June for approximately fourteen weeks, typically taking place during standard weekday hours.
The Tabernacle, a much-loved local arts venue, is nearby and visible from the bedroom window. It occasionally hosts evening events and live performances, usually finishing around 11:30pm. It adds to the lively Portobello atmosphere, but light sleepers or early risers may want to keep this in mind.
There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the first floor.
