Perched in the Hollywood Hills above Sunset Boulevard, this house earns its address with panoramic east-to-west views that sweep from downtown LA all the way to the ocean. The sun-drenched backyard is the centrepiece – a heated saltwater pool and hot tub that catch light from morning until evening, framed by the hillside dropping away below. Indoors, the living room opens straight onto the terrace, and a converted garage doubles as a proper home gym.
