Keen to be close to Rome’s most famous sights? This apartment is nestled between the Colosseum and San Giovanni, with plenty of sightseeing hotspots within a twenty-minute walk. Want to venture further? You’re just a short walk from the nearest metro. Step inside and there's a living room, dining area, and a kitchen that's well-equipped for meals at home. There’s plenty of space for the group to spread out here, though at full capacity, two will sleep in the living area – but we think it’s a fair trade-off for the location.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a double bed in the living area. It's on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
At full capacity, four guests will be sharing each bedroom, so we think it’s best suited to families with children or groups happy to share sleeping space.
Some of the sleeping spaces involve a climb up a ladder to get to.
Parking in Rome can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. You’re just a four-minute walk away from the nearest Metro station.

About Tuscolano
Beyond the railway station, Tuscolano doesn’t have architecture to match some of the other parts of the city, but its streets are filled with green, and it has several nice restaurants and a couple of lovely parks. It’s generally a very safe area, with great transport links as the metro runs into the city along Via Appia Nuova - you can get all the way to the Vatican without changing lines.

Host
This home is managed by Gianluca
This home is managed by a business on behalf of its owner. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. As soon as we met him, we could tell that Gianluca was a bit of a perfectionist. He stays in contact with many of his former guests, and we were particularly touched by all their messages displayed in the apartment’s window.
