The villa is part of a two-villa complex, so while your space is private and autonomous, there is a neighbouring property nearby.
Set across three floors connected by stairs and an elevator, the layout may require extra supervision for little ones.
The final 50 metres of road leading to the villa are steep and narrow. Confident driving is recommended, though you can park on the main road and walk down if preferred.
