Tucked between the vineyards and olive groves of Cretan wine country, this stone-walled traditional villa unfolds across two floors. It’s a charming base for exploring western Crete, with plenty of space to recharge. Mornings are spent by the pool, while evenings invite barbecuing and serving up drinks from the outdoor bar. Inside, you’ll find two kitchens – one indoors and one semi-outdoors with a traditional wood oven – making long, leisurely meals part of life here. If you dare to leave the walls, you're almost equidistant from Rethymno and Chania, as well as close to some of Crete's best hiking spots, wineries, and unspoiled beaches.

About Crete
The biggest of Greece’s islands, Crete has thousands of years of history scattered across its wild hinterland, and a coast dotted with secluded bays. The capital of Heraklion is a lively port city with a world-class museum, but the main draw to the island are the crumbling ruins, white mountains, and crystal clear waters for swimming and snorkeling. Evidence of the ancient Minoans that once lived here is on display...
