With a private swimming pool, generous living spaces, and the Surrey Hills within easy reach, this home has plenty going for it. Set in one of Surrey’s more desirable residential areas, you’re well placed for countryside walks, cycling routes and long pub lunches, while nearby towns and transport links into London keep things convenient. Back at the house, there’s plenty of room for groups to spread out, whether you’re gathering for long dinners, relaxing by the pool in summer or settling in for quieter evenings indoors. The separate office is useful for remote workers, while the additional annex gives guests a bit more flexibility and privacy.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the study.
The swimming pool is unfenced and only available for use between July and mid-September.
Weekly garden maintenance is included from April onwards and takes place on Fridays from 7:30am.
The piano and fireplace here are decorative only.
Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from one cupboard in the second bedroom.
The home uses a septic tank, so only toilet paper should be flushed.
Starter toiletries are provided. However, you will want to stock up on other essentials such as coffee and tea, as these are not included.
Self-check-in is available here. You'll either pick up the keys at a nearby property or use a lockbox on the premises. Your host will confirm instructions before your arrival.
Your host uses a third-party platform called Truvi for ID verification and to manage damage deposits independently from Plum Guide. They'll send you a link to fill out when you book.
