Tucked away on a quiet street in Le Marais, this apartment places you in one of Paris' most desirable postcodes. Inside, it's compact, but thoughtfully laid out, with a stylish little kitchen and living area where French doors open onto Juliet balconies – perfect for keeping things cool in the warmer months and a spot of people-watching. There's not a huge amount of space for cooking or dining, but with cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep, we expect you'll be spending more time in than out.

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine level and has low ceilings.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
There's no air conditioning in this home, though French doors help to keep things bright and breezy.
Renovation work is ongoing in the entrance hall and stairway of the apartment building. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
