Nestled in the leafy hills above the San Fernando Valley, this home is ideal for families looking for a laid-back stay in LA. You'll be within driving distance of all the famous landmarks, as well as Topanga Canyon's hiking trails, and an array of shops and eateries in Woodland Hills and on Ventura Boulevard. There's plenty of space to stretch out inside, with the cherry on top being the living area's stunning views. Pad outside and you'll find a tiered garden, complete with a foosball table, retro arcade game, and a covered pergola that's perfect for sundowners.

The garden features steep terrain, including several steep stairs leading to the lower porch and pergola. Please use caution when navigating these areas. Some of the paving is also a little uneven in spots.
You'll need a car in Los Angeles, as it's the best way to get around. There's parking available in the driveway for two to three cars – though do note that garage access is not available.
