The beach sits directly across the street, reached via a dedicated access path, and the year-round community pool makes lazy afternoons easy. It's a great base for exploring nearby Charleston, while Sullivan's Island, with its natural beauty, is just thirty-minutes away when you're ready to explore further afield.

The community pool is open year-round but is not heated. Golf, tennis, spa, and other Wild Dunes resort amenities are not included.
Parking is available for up to four cars across the drive and garage.
You'll find the beach access path just across the street from the home – it's a short walk, though not quite a step-onto-the-sand location. Bear in mind that during high tide, parts of the beach may be temporarily inaccessible due to natural coastal erosion, which can vary between stays.
Beach towels and beach gear, including chairs and toys, aren't provided. However, stays of 4 to 28 nights include a $250 beach gear rental credit, which you can use to reserve equipment after booking.
The fireplace in the living area is not available for guest use.
