A shared pool overlooks the water too, open from April through October. When you're ready to venture out, Shem Creek's seafood restaurants are a twenty-minute drive, and historic Charleston is thirty minutes away, with championship golf, marina kayaking, and Isle of Palms Beach all within easy reach.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The direct beach access here is currently closed due to an ongoing beach renourishment project. In the meantime, there's an alternative access path at Summer Dunes Lane – a short walk from the entrance. Check with your host for the latest update on when the main access reopens.
Beach towels and beach gear, including chairs and toys, aren't provided. However, stays of 4 to 28 nights include a $250 beach gear rental credit, which you can use to reserve equipment after booking.
You'll have two parking spaces here, and you'll need a car pass to access the site – this will be emailed to you before arrival.
You'll have access to the on-site facilities here. They're shared with the resort's other residents. The communal pool is open seasonally from April 1st - October 31st, and is not heated.
