Marsh views are the heart of this house on the Isle of Palms, where two decks look out over tidal marsh, Morgan Creek, and the Intracoastal Waterway as the light shifts through the day. Built in 2021 and dressed by a Charleston designer, the interiors earn their keep too – hardwood floors, a dining room framed by open marsh and sky, and a bunk room kitted out for younger guests. Beach access is on foot, and the Harbor Golf Course and a clutch of restaurants at the Grand Pavilion are all within walking distance.
