For a large group wanting to make the most of Coachella, this two-villa compound is hard to beat – it's the closest home to the VIP entrance at Empire Polo Fields, making festival mornings effortless. Back at the house, a putting green sits steps from the pool, and a veined marble bathroom is the right way to wind down after a long day in the desert sun. When the group is feeling more active, a pickleball court and outdoor kitchen with barbecue keep things lively, and a concierge is on hand to arrange whatever else you need.

We recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. Each garage fits six cars and each driveway fits three compact cars, giving you a combined eighteen spaces across both villas.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a pack-n-play cot and a high chair – request the high chair at least 24 hours before arrival.
At full occupancy, the Murphy beds in the media rooms will need to be set up before your arrival – let your host know in advance if you'd like it prepared, and contact the team if you need help during your stay rather than adjusting it yourself.
At full occupancy, you'll need to make use of rollaway beds here. We think they're best suited to children.
During festivals such as Coachella, road closures can extend the walk to the festival entrance to around 1.4 miles. Golf cart services are available and worth considering.
The backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to pass through, so supervision of pets outdoors is recommended.
