This Atlantic-facing apartment puts you a stone's throw from the ocean. The covered terrace hangs above the shoreline, and the main bedroom looks straight out to open sea – slide the living room doors back and the breeze does the rest. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, which makes the apartment work just as well for a group as it does for a family. When you're ready to leave the view behind, Isle of Palms Beach is a short walk away, with restaurants and cafes close by for everything else. You'll also have access to the community pool.

Home truths
You'll have access to the shared community pool, which is unheated and open from 1st April to 31st October, from 8am until dusk. Access to the community's other amenities – including golf, tennis, and the spa – must be booked separately.
Beach towels and beach gear, including chairs and toys, aren't provided. However, stays of 4 to 28 nights include a $250 beach gear rental credit, which you can use to reserve equipment after booking.
The lift will be out of service for four to six weeks from early January 2027 for renovation. During that period, you'll need to use the stairs to reach the third floor – worth factoring in if you're travelling with heavy luggage or anyone with limited mobility.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Early check-in and late check-out services are not available from May to September.
You'll receive two parking passes here – you can park in a nearby gated lot.
