Home truths
This home comprises two adjacent villas. There's parking for three cars in the garage and three on the driveway at the first home, and parking for two cars in the larger garage, plus four spaces on the driveway at the second home.
The lawn will be unavailable for guest use until the end of October while it's re-seeded for the winter.
Bedroom six in the first villa has a single-over-double bunk bed, plus one single bed.
During festivals such as Coachella, road closures can extend the walk to the festival entrance to around 1.4 miles. Your host recommends arranging golf cart services for easier access if you're attending.
Desert wildlife – including scorpions and snakes – can occasionally find their way indoors, so it's worth keeping doors and windows closed when you're not actively using them.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a pack-n-play cot and high chair – request the high chair at least twenty-four hours in advance.
