The villa accommodates up to twenty-six guests across a gated private enclave, but it is not a party or events venue. Any gatherings beyond standard occupancy require prior written approval and an additional fee – so get in touch with your host early if you have something specific in mind.
You'll need a car to make the most of the area – the nearest high-end shopping on El Paseo, championship tennis at Indian Wells, and Palm Springs International Airport are all a short drive away. The villa includes a three-car garage for your use.
You'll need to bring your own EV charging cable – there's a suitable outlet on site, but no connector or charger is provided.
