Gather 40 friends across three villas in a private, gated Coachella Valley community – and as the desert sun drops, the pool terrace becomes the place to be, fire pit glowing while the sky turns pink. Between dips in the pool, there's a putting green beneath the palms and table tennis under the covered patio to keep things competitive. When you need a break from all that, the Empire Polo Fields' VIP festival entrance is within walking distance, and PGA West's championship courses are a ten-minute drive away.

Home truths
Due to the location of this home, we recommend having a car for ease of getting around.
Each villa can accommodate up to five cars in the driveway or garage, giving the three-villa buyout space for up to fifteen vehicles in total. Note that the smaller garage unit at Villa 11 is reserved for housekeeping and is not available to guests.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair – request the high chair at least 24 hours in advance.
The desert setting means you may encounter wildlife – it's worth keeping doors and windows closed when you're not keeping watch.
At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on rollaway beds. We think they're better suited to children.
One of the bedrooms contains a single over double bunk bed.
