Days have a natural rhythm here – morning swims beneath wide desert skies, long alfresco lunches under the covered outdoor kitchen, and evenings gathered around the fire pit as the pool glows beside you. When you're ready to venture further, take a swing at PGA West, a nine-minute drive away.

Home truths
During Coachella and Stagecoach weekends, road closures can stretch the walk to the festival entrance to around 1.4 miles – we recommend arranging golf cart services for easier access.
The Murphy bed in the media room is installed by the local team before your arrival – once it's set up, it can't be raised or lowered by you during the stay, so let your host know ahead of time if you'd like it prepared.
At full occupancy, you'll need to make use of two rollaway beds here. We think they're best suited to children.
There's parking for up to five cars here – three on the driveway, and two in the large garage. The small garage unit is not accessible to guests.
There's a complimentary Level 2 EV charger here.
Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors.
