Home truths
During festivals such as Coachella, road closures can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to around 1.4 miles. While walking is possible, golf cart services are worth considering for easier access.
There's enough parking for up to six vehicles here – three in the garage, and three on the driveway.
The Murphy bed in the media room is installed by the local team ahead of your arrival and cannot be raised or lowered by you once in place, so decide before you arrive whether you'd like it set up.
The backyard's landscaping screens the garden from the street, though you may notice some traffic noise from passing vehicles during quieter moments outdoors.
At full occupancy, you'll need to make use of two rollaway beds here. We think they're best suited to children.
