Home truths
We recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. Each villa has a garage fitting three cars and a driveway for up to three compact cars – six spaces per villa in total across both homes.
At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on two Murphy beds in the media rooms. You'll also need to make use of rollaway beds here. We think they're best suited to children.
If you're travelling with young children, your host can provide a pack-n-play cot and a high chair – request the high chair at least 24 hours before arrival.
During Coachella and other festivals at Empire Polo Fields, road closures can push the walking distance from the villas to the festival entrance to around 1.4 miles. We recommend budgeting for golf cart services if you'd rather not make that trek on foot.
