Your host also looks after the carriage house in the yard, and the two homes can be rented together to accommodate groups of nine – please get in touch for more details.
There's driveway parking for three cars, so if you're arriving as a group you shouldn't need to hunt for street parking.
The single bed is in the laundry room – we think it's best for children. There's also a double sofa bed in the main house for flexible sleeping arrangements.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels here.
Please note that early check-in and late check-out services are not available from May to September.
Although the house is pet-friendly, kindly note that the yard is not fully fenced. You'll need to keep an eye on the dogs while they're outside.
