This Sullivan's Island house comes paired with a separate carriage house, giving larger groups or multi-family gatherings their own space to retreat to while sharing the shaded patio and fire pit beneath the oak trees. Each house is a contemporary take on Southern hospitality – think built-in bookshelves, botanical prints, and a desk if remote working is on the cards. Sullivan's Island beaches and Shem Creek's dining scene are a short drive away, as is historic downtown Charleston – so there's plenty to pull you out when you're in the mood to explore.

This home consits of a three-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom carriage house. Each has its own living area, kitchen, and outdoor space, making it an ideal setup for larger groups travelling together while still enjoying a little privacy.
The fireplaces in the home are decorative and not available for guest use.
There’s free parking for up to five cars on the driveway.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The single bed is in the laundry room in the main house – we think it's best for children. There's also a double sofa bed in the main house for flexible sleeping arrangements.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels here.
Please note that early check-in and late check-out services are not available from May to September.
Although the house is pet-friendly, kindly note that the yard is not fully fenced. You'll need to keep an eye on the dogs while they're outside.
