Two oceanfront decks with Atlantic views make this house hard to leave – though, with the beach a short stroll away, we reckon you'll want to make a beeline for the shore. Also within walking distance are two communal pools, while back home, there's plenty of space to spread out across the living space, kitchen, and array of coastal-themed bedrooms. Golf, a day spa, and a seasonal ice cream shop are all within a five-minute walk, making it easy to keep everyone entertained without getting in the car. If you're looking for an easy, family-friendly beach getaway, this is hard to beat.

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
You'll have access to the shared community pools, open year-round from 8am to dusk (though they're unheated). Access to the community's other amenities – including golf, tennis, and the spa – must be booked separately.
There's free parking for up to three cars here. While you won't need a car to explore the local area, you may want one for trips further afield – including visits to Charleston.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Beach towels and beach gear, including chairs and toys, aren't provided. However, stays of 4 to 28 nights include a $250 beach gear rental credit, which you can use to reserve equipment after booking.
Please note that the fireplaces are not for guest use.
