At full occupancy, two guests will sleep in a Murphy bed in the rec room. The rec room and third bathroom sit in the garage area, each with their own exterior entrance – you'll step outside to reach them rather than walking through the main house.
The resort's cafes and restaurants are open to you, but golf, tennis, and the spa all need to be booked and paid for separately – worth planning ahead if those are on your agenda.
