Step out onto the screened porch of this Isle of Palms apartment and you're looking straight out over quintessential South Carolina views, with the Atlantic just beyond the rolling dunes. A short walk across the landscaped grounds (and past the shared pool) brings you to the beach itself – one of the widest stretches of shoreline along this part of the South Carolina coast. A newly-renovated kitchen and bright living room with shuttered doors make the apartment as easy to settle into as it is to leave – Charleston's Historic District is a forty-four-minute drive when you're ready to explore.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
You'll need a car pass to enter the nearby resort – this will be emailed to you before arrival. There is one designated parking space and one first-come, first-served space available for this apartment.
The shared pool is unheated, so it's best suited to the warmer months. Outside of the pool season (1st November to 31st March), you'll still have access to the pool deck and community barbecue.
Your access within Wild Dunes covers the Mariners Walk pool and the resort's cafes and restaurants. Golf, tennis, and spa facilities are available nearby but need to be booked and paid for separately.
Beach towels and beach gear, including chairs and toys, aren't provided. However, stays of 4 to 28 nights include a $250 beach gear rental credit, which you can use to reserve equipment after booking.
You'll need to climb steps to the front door here, so guests with reduced mobility should take care.
